All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail on a 48 hour service. A flat rate charge of £2 is currently applied for posting and packing of our subscription clubs. Other shop purchases are based on weight and the following table gives a price indication:

0 – 750g – £2.50
751g – 2000g – £5.50
2001g – 5000g – £8.50
5001g – 1000g – £20
2000g+ – Price on request for large parcels

As an example 1 metre of fabric typically weighs approximately 200g. All items listed should have a weight associated.

European postal cost

Most European destinations will be covered by our Royal Mail European** tracked and signed for service. Special arrangements can be made for individual block of the month clubs posted outside the UK.

You are advised to enquire before purchasing a subscription. Contact to make individual enquiries. The following table gives prices based on weight:

  • 0 – 500g – £12
  • 501g – 1000g – £15
  • 1001g – 1500g – £17.50
  • 1501g – 2000g – £20
  • 2000g+ – made by prior arrangement and prices will be agreed before posting.

Worldwide postal costs

Shipping to most other countries as applicable outside of Europe will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed service. The following table gives prices based on weight:

  • 0 – 500g – £15
  • 501g – 1000g – £20
  • 1001g – 1500g – £25
  • 1501g – 2000g – £30
  • 2000g+ – made by prior arrangement and prices will be agreed before posting.

Royal Mail do not deem a parcel to be missing within the first 14 days. If you have not received a delivery from us, please allow this time for delivery before reporting to us. In the case of UK deliveries a claim must be submitted within 80 days of the post date, and International deliveries have 180 days.


We endeavour to provide you with the items you ordered in a timely manner and in good condition. If you are in anyway dissatisfied we would ask that you contact us immediately so we can help to rectify any issues.

If you have received faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will advise on the course of action to take. We will aim to replace where possible faulty/damaged items within 48 hours of the return and will cover any additional postal costs, all by prior arrangement. If we are unable to replace goods we will offer a full refund.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, and you must contact us in writing to advise within this period. You can write, send an email or send a message via our contact form.

Any cancelled order must be returned unused and in its original condition. In the case of fabrics, they must not have been washed, cut or ironed. We will only refund the value of goods returned in a re-saleable condition along with the value of the original postage costs.

If you wish to return an order you will be responsible for the costs of its return. You must ensure that you provide adequate packing and postage costs.

We are not be liable for any parcel which does not reach us due to lack of postage, inappropriate packaging or items lost in the post. We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage or send on a tracked service.

Refunds – goods

Once a returned item is received and inspected under the above terms we will issue a refund via your original payment method. We aim to process this as promptly as possible but we have no control over the card company processing terms.

Refunds – Retreats

Retreat places are transferrable but non refundable, this includes the non refundable deposit. Please see Retreat T&C for further information.
